Participation in the Chatham Cash Reward campaign is voluntary. Information gathered during enrollment will be used specifically and only for the purpose of contacting participants for disbursement of cash rewards. Data obtained during the Chatham Cash Reward campaign will be collected and provided to the Chatham Business Association for the sole use of economic and market research. To participate in the Chatham Cash Rewards campaign, participants must voluntarily enroll in the Chatham Cash Reward Campaign on the Black Coin App and must adhere to and follow all instructions to receive reimbursement(s). Participants who do not follow the required instructions, procedures and guidelines will not have a valid claim to reimbursement(s). Receipts will be verified prior to participant reimbursement. Cash reimbursements are managed and disbursed by the Chatham Business Association, Small Business Development Inc. Reimbursements will be administered and mailed to participants using the address provided upon registration.
Chatham Cash Guidelines
Eligible participants will receive cash reimbursements in the form of a Visa/Master Gift Card. All spending by participating shoppers will be recorded and tracked through the BlackCoin App to be eligible for cash reimbursements. Cash reimbursement is only applicable to registered shoppers that make purchases at participating businesses within the SSA #51 boundaries.
Final cash reimbursements will be calculated seven days (7) after the campaign term using the Black Coin App. Payments in the form of Visa/Mastercard gift cards will mailed via the United States Postal System, (USPS) GROUND to registered participants who earned a reward.
Cash reward guidelines are as follows:
- Amount Spent (see Cash Reward table)
- Handwritten receipts will not be accepted (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Receipts must be uploaded within 24 HOURS of each purchase
- Registrants are responsible for the timely and proper upload of their receipts
- All customers must register on the Black Coin App
- Reimbursements will only be paid to registered customers who have uploaded receipts within the guidelines. Campaign will remain open until reward funds are exhausted
- Maximum cash back reward per campaign is $60 or up to $200 in cumulative receipts
